No Six Flags For Sure!
The RCCGB's
2004 tour of the USA
is only a week this time, taking in some old favourites that we didn't manage to get to last year
to sample their new thrill machines. And yes, take a deep breath, there are no Six Flags parks on the itinerary!

It was nice to note that, during our long coach journeys, Pennsylvania seemed a very green state. Some lovely countryside out there, a bit like southern England, or rural South Wales or Yorkshire, with gently rolling hills and lots of vegetation. And a sight I didn't expect - a wind farm, proving that the USA isn't quite as environmentally unfriendly as you might think. Shame it also seemed to attract British weather while we were there! Out of 6 days, 3 were overcast, miserable, rainy, windy and cold. But anyway, we were here to ride coasters...
